Valentina is a super host: kind, punctual, smiling and attentive to her guests' needs. We had a great time. The house is truly relaxing, with all comforts, sunny and spacious. The two terraces, one facing east and the other west, allow you to enjoy some shade at any time of the day. From the rooftop, a breathtaking view over all of Leuca and the lighthouse lit at night is truly romantic. The only downside is not having parking, but by looking around the nearby alleys during the day you can always find something. The location is excellent, 5 minutes from the seafront and a few minutes from all necessary amenities such as supermarket, shops, restaurants, post office and bakery. Thank you Valentina, I hope I can be your guest again.

We felt very comfortable and welcome here! Valentina is a super warm and helpful host! The roof terrace is a real highlight! Be sure to visit the restaurant Biccondivino (just around the corner from the apartment) - a delight!

Valentina is a really great host. She welcomed us into her apartment with a smile that immediately put us at ease. She recommended places to visit and a restaurant where it was worth eating. Unlike usual, Valentina provided everything in the kitchen with spices, tea and herbal teas, not to mention coffee, sugar, oil and various condiments, even aluminum foil and cling film, which I had not found in any other house, and all possible soaps even for the washing machine. Everything is very clean and tastefully furnished with special objects. The beautiful terrace above the apartment is truly an added value.

Super nice place to stay. Valentina was always available and gave us helpful tips for the area and also for the restaurants. Beautiful rooftop terrace with city and sea view. Parking available, and on foot you can easily access the centre. Great base for exploring the south of Puglia. Definitely would recommend the place.

Valentina is really available and friendly. The welcome was perfect, with basic products available (laundry detergent, oil, tea, toilet paper, etc.) and fresh fruit that made check-in very comfortable. The local artisanal ceramic plates and light fixtures make the simple accommodation very pleasant to live in.

Santa Maria is a charming family seaside village. Valentina's apartment is very clean and nicely decorated, which is rare. It is also very well-equipped. Its location allows you to walk down to the beach in 10 minutes. The terrace with sea view is definitely a very pleasant plus.

The apartment is very clean, nicely furnished and equipped with all the necessities and more (e.g. large tea selection). There are three outdoor areas, including the roof terrace, where you can sit very nicely (with cushions, tables and fairy lights) and have a great view of the sea and the lighthouse. We had a great time at Valentina's place! Her apartment met all of our expectations: in town but a little away from the center (very busy in August), we could do everything on foot: go to the beach, go shopping, go to dinner. In addition it is very well equipped and nicely decorated. Valentina gave us great recommendations in terms of places to go, visit, or dine. We stayed a week in Valentina's apartment, very well equipped and close to the beach and small shops on foot. Valentina was very helpful with her recommendations, and was very considerate of the heatwave. We were able to park just below the apartment as the other accommodation was not occupied. We had such a great family vacation at Valentina's place in Santa Maria di Leuca! The house was super clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. Valentina was an exceptional host. Very polite and her two children are very nice. The house is equipped with everything needed and great attention has been paid to details. It is about a 7-minute walk from the sea. The parking space was especially useful, as parking in the area is difficult.

Great place! The hosts are truly helpful and friendly, the accommodation is comfortable and clean, very close to a lovely small sandy beach (5 minutes on foot), surrounded by good restaurants and cafés. A bit further away (another 5-minute walk) there is a larger rocky beach. Stunning views, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The sea is full of fish you can see right from the shore. The food is good everywhere – everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
